Game day booster smoothie


Basketball Victoria asked Melbourne Boomers and Australian basketball representative, Alice Kunek, what she eats before a big game and she told them that a smoothie is part of her game day preparations.

Below is what Alice told Basketball Victoria is in her go-to before a game smoothie.

Alice’s pre-game smoothie ingredients

1 banana
1 handful of spinach leaves
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 scoop of cacao powder
1 teaspoon of maca powder
1 cup of coconut water

Blend the ingredients in a blender.
